Development of comprehensive training programs for a new container terminal for the equipment operators, including assessment and selection of the candidates. The operators trained include quay crane operators, RTG operators,n Reach Stacker Operators and lashing teams. In collaboration with Global Port Training. For the selection, a test to measure the eye-hand coordination was used to objectively determine the skill potential of the candidates.
